Undo

updated

Undo in the top toolbar reverses the last value adjustment, such as a fader, pan, or gain move. It is the same as ⌘Z. While you are editing text, ⌘Z undoes the text instead.

Undo in the toolbar at the top right. It is lit because a value was just adjusted.
Undo in the toolbar at the top right. It is lit because a value was just adjusted.
  1. Undo lights up when you finish adjusting. It stays off while you are still dragging or while CueAir confirms the value with the mixer.
  2. Choose Undo to send the previous value. It shows Wait while the mixer confirms, then Undone.
  3. Hover over the button to see which value it will restore, or why it cannot.

When Undo is not available

MessageMeaning
Value changed afterward; previous value will not overwrite itThe value changed somewhere else after your adjustment, so CueAir keeps the current value
Connection or settings changed; cannot undo the previous adjustmentYou reconnected or the mixer values were read again
The mixer did not confirm Undo. Check the current value.CueAir cannot tell whether the value arrived. Check it yourself

Only the last adjustment is kept. A preset's undo, Restore on a CueAi proposal, scene recall, and file Load are not reversed by Undo. Neither are switches or FX type changes.
