Can I really use it commercially?+
Yes. Buying a pack grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide commercial license. Use it on-site at events, in YouTube/Instagram videos, ads, broadcasts, and store or exhibition background music · for-profit or not. See the License page for the full scope.
Do I owe performance royalties (KOMCA/PRO)?+
No. CueTone tracks are not registered with a performance-rights organization (such as KOMCA). So using them at events, performances, or in stores doesn't create any per-use performance-royalty obligation · unlike typical commercial recordings.
Are the tracks AI-generated?+
Yes. Every CueTone track is an original instrumental created with AI music tools. It does not sample or contain existing commercial recordings, and tracks are curated so they're ready to use at events. How copyright in purely AI-generated works is registered or attributed varies by jurisdiction, so what we grant is not copyright ownership but a non-exclusive commercial right to use the tracks within the license scope above.
Is it safe with YouTube Content ID?+
In most cases, yes. Every track is an original instrumental made with AI music tools and does not sample or contain existing commercial recordings. That said, Content ID is a third-party system run by YouTube, so we can't guarantee its decisions · if a mistaken claim ever appears, you can dispute it using your purchase record.
Are there tracks with vocals?+
No. Every CueTone track is a lyric-free instrumental, so it sits cleanly under an MC, guest introductions, or narration · ideal for events.
How is it priced?+
We sell by theme 'pack', and the price depends on how many tracks the pack contains · bigger packs have a lower per-track price. See each pack page for the exact price.
Can I buy single tracks?+
Currently we sell by the pack. A pack gives you all the tracks in that theme at once · more economical and easier to build out an event.
What payment methods are supported?+
Payments are processed securely via Toss Payments (credit/debit cards and more). Card details are handled by Toss Payments and are never stored on our site.
Can I re-download my tracks?+
Yes. We email your download link at checkout, and you can re-download anytime from 'My purchases' in the top bar. On another device, restore the links by email from the recovery page.
What format and quality?+
High-quality MP3, ready to play on a laptop, USB stick, or venue player.
Are refunds available?+
As digital downloads, refunds may be limited once a download has begun. Every track has a free 30-second preview, so please check before buying.
Do I have to credit CueTone?+
Not required. We appreciate a credit, but you're free to use the tracks without one.
Can I license a track exclusively?+
The standard license is non-exclusive, so the same track may be licensed to others. If you need exclusive use of a specific track, contact us by email.
Can I get a tax invoice or business receipt?+
A payment receipt is available through your Toss Payments record. If you need a tax invoice, email us with your payment details.
