• Using the tracks in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise rights-infringing content

Non-exclusive

This license is non-exclusive. The same or similar tracks may be licensed to other buyers. If you need exclusive use of a specific track, please contact us separately.

AI-generated

All CueTone tracks are original instrumentals created with AI music tools and do not sample or contain existing commercial recordings. They are also not registered with a performance-rights society (such as KOMCA), so using them at events, performances, or in stores creates no separate performance-royalty obligation. How copyright in purely AI-generated works is registered or attributed varies by jurisdiction, and we make no warranty on that point; nor do we guarantee the decisions of third-party systems such as YouTube Content ID (a mistaken claim can be disputed with your purchase record). What this license grants is a non-exclusive commercial right to use the tracks within the scope above · not ownership or transfer of copyright.

Refunds

As digital downloads, refunds may be limited once a download has begun. Every track offers a free 30-second preview, so please check before purchasing.

Warranty & liability

All tracks are provided 'as is' without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid for the purchase in question.
