The mixer is not discovered
Check network, actual IP, cables, power, and AP/LAN configuration. Try Direct IP. Do not factory-reset a working mixer because discovery failed. WING, TF, CQ, and Ui do not appear in the discovered list; pick the maker in Type and enter the IP (WING, TF, CQ, Ui).
Connected, but no sound
Control is not audio. Check source playback, audio cable or USB device, Input source, channel mute, send enable/level, bus master, output patch, and monitoring equipment. A click channel may intentionally have LR disabled.
One button to send click to everyone
There is no such button. Configure every actual monitor route. Changes affect all channels changes tap settings across input channels feeding a destination; it does not distribute sound to every musician.
Demo meters
Demo meters are not physical signal. Demo is for learning. Unsupported meter messages do not establish silence or a zero reading.
Prepare without hardware
Use Edit Offline, select the exact model, and save .cueair. Later connect to the same physical model, complete the read, and review Load. On WING, TF, CQ, and Ui the first-change dialog comes first. Try the file in a rehearsal.
Presets, gain, and monitors
A preset does not set the live gain and monitors by itself. Inspect each preset's preservation and change list. Cabling, gain, sends, and output patches still need operator review.
CueAir and the metronome sound
CueAir does not play a metronome or receive phone audio. Use a playback app or DAW. An effect tempo/Tap control is not a band click generator.
